Elin Isaksson - Blown Glass Bauble
Elin Isaksson originally from Sweden is a graduate from Edinburgh College of Art with an MA in Design & Applied Arts.
She began her glass blowing training at the famous Orrefors Glass School in Sweden learning traditional Swedish glass making techniques. Further education includes apprenticeships in Sweden, France and Italy.
Elin’s inspiration comes from the play of light, texture and movement in nature and she aims to capture a sense of place, a small detail or an atmosphere rather than reproduce a direct likeness of an object or form.
Occasionally art appears different than expected. This is why we have an exchange policy that lasts 14 full days following the purchase of a piece from our gallery. Purchases can be exchanged for goods or store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
When returning a gallery purchase through the post, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the safe arrival of pieces. Exchanges can be made in the gallery at no charge.
