Do you provide International delivery?

 

We can ship internationally. We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force as our couriers, and prices vary according to size, weight and destination. Postage charges are covered by the customer. Contact us for more details.

 

 

How do I return an item?

 

When returning a gallery purchase through the post, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the safe arrival of pieces. Exchanges can be made in the gallery at no charge.

 

 

What is your returns policy?

 

Occasionally art appears different than expected in your space. This is why we have an exchange policy that lasts 14 full days following the purchase of a piece from our gallery. Purchases can be exchanged for goods or store credit only. No refunds will be issued.

How do I track my order?

 

When your purchase has been processed and taken to the post office you will recieve a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. You then either submit your tracking no. to the Royal Mail website (UK) or Parcel Force (worldwide) and follow the online instructions.

 

 

How can I exhibit work with Galleria Luti?

 

We have a fairly full schedule up to a year in advance with artists work, however, will always be willing to look at new work. The first port of call would be to contact us with some images of your pieces. We will then either file your details for the future or ask to see some work in person.

 

Do you take commissions?

 

Some of our artists will work on a commission basis. Please contact us for more information.
