Fascinating ceramics by Sarah Perry

I am in love with Sarah Perry's ceramics. The depth of colour she achieves is amazing, and not easy to do. I have a special affinity to her blue pieces, what she calls her seascapes. In particular her new blue pool range is fantastic.

A strength and tone of blue that should only exist in the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Or in the tranquility of a private pool in the mediterranean perhaps - or the clear crisp sky of a freezing Canadian winter morning. These are some of the things that this special colour makes me think of.
