Colin was born in Dunfermline
and moved to Callander at the age of two. He fell into
photography by accident in 2003 during a television production
course in Glasgow.
Colin’s style is high contrast
black and white with a subtle hint of red and a heavy grain
effect.
Music and landscapes are Colin’s
speciality. His landscapes predominantly focus on scenes found
surrounding Callander and the Trossachs and are made to show
familiar views in a new and dramatic way.
Colin has been working with
unsigned bands for a couple of years, photographing and
documenting Scotland’s up and coming musicians.
‘Connections’ is the first
public exhibition of Colin’s work.
