My Jewellery is based on textiles and
textures found in every day surroundings. It is all handmade
from silver, gold and my own unique textile which I created at
art school. The textile is made from compressed steel wool. I
inlay gold, silver and coloured wire amongst the steel particles
before putting it through a compression and chemical process. I
then set the the fabric into silver frames to secure it in
place.
