Sandie and Marsha (the mother and daughter
business team behind Galleria Luti) welcome you to the Galleria
Luti Website.
The idea of opening and running a small gallery in their home
town of Callander was conceived by the pair through a shared
enthusiasm for contemporary art, in particular paintings,
jewellery and ceramics. Both felt that there was a significant
need for a gallery in the area. |

In the 1980s Sandie and husband Pete owned
and ran Callander based 'PL Pottery' which sold high quality
Scottish pottery directly to the public. A graduate in ceramics
from Duncan of Jordonstone, Pete produced pottery to sell in the
shop. Lately he has discovered a passion and talent for painting
and has been exhibiting and selling his paintings in several
Scottish Art Galleries.Pete will be a regular exhibitor in
Galleria Luti and will (occasionally) help out in the gallery.

In December 2005 the Lutis purchased a
terraced house in the centre of Callander, which was
converted into a beautiful gallery space, where exhibitions take
place every 2 months.
