Blog Sandie
Luti

Sandie's working background lies in community education.  She has, however, had artistic influences all of her life.  She gained Higher art at school. Her father was a keen and gifted amateur oil painter, who also dabbled in charcoal, pastels, pen and ink and huge drawings in the sand at Lossiemouth.  Her sister was a graduate from Grey's Art School, Aberdeen, and her brother once won an art prize for cycling through wet paint.  Sandie has always had an interest in the arts, particularly painting, jewellery and ceramics and it was the prospect of retirement from her council work that prompted her to consider working in the arts.  Galleria Luti is the result.

Sandie is Marsha's Mum and Peter's wife

The Gallery

The gallery space is a converted house in the centre of Callander. Specially designed as an exhibition venue, Galleria Luti now has a very light, airy and spacious feel, with open planned areas on two floors for optimum exhibition potential.

Much of the art, crafts and jewellery on show is made in the gallery, and we strive to offer the best in unique, hand crafted pieces.
